You may request a refund within 14 days after you receive your order. For a regular return, the product must be unused.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Solo Bellas Cosmetics within 14 days after delivery with your order number and details of the damage so we can review it.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been used for a change of mind, except where required by law.
